totally awesome stay!
comfy bed delicious breakfast helpful staff
my room was super spacious and the bed was really comfy. breakfast had tons of choices and was delicious. the staff were always smiling and very helpful. i felt right at home there!
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes, but i was never in a hurry so its alright.

the location is super central, right near lots of great restaurants and shops. i walked to the st stephen basilica in just a few minutes. it's easy to get around everywhere from here.

the hotel lobby looks modern and very clean. the rooms are well soundproofed and have modern bathrooms. i saw many families, and the place is equipped for that.

The location was acceptable. It was close to many attractions.
the air conditioning barely worked. the room was stuffy and uncomfortable! also, i booked a room with a double bed, though i got two single beds instead. this was a bit annoying, but not the end of the world.

central location helpful staff amazing food choices
The location was perfect with restaurants right on the street! st stephen's cathedral was also just steps away. i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the staff's helpful attitude, especially regarding opting out of daily cleaning. I liked that it supported a local charity. breakfast had amazing food choices, with items constantly replenished.
the shower's water temperature was often unstable! it seemed to fluctuate based on other users, made showering less enjoyable after a cold day.
